Return Policy

SBCboutique is a small local business that strives to bring you a revolving selection of products from exceptional vendors around the world. Due to the nature of our business, we are unable to accept returns. Product defects or sizing issues can be exchanged, or returned for store credit. Please be mindful before placing an order, if you have any questions regarding an item please email and we will be happy to assist you with your purchase. 

Special Order Items

Special Order items are marked as such online and in the product description on the invoice. Due to the nature of a special order, the following policies apply:

Special Order Items

  • Non-returnable unless defective.

  • Pre-payment is required before the item(s) will be ordered from the manufacturer regardless of account terms.

  • Any shipping charges incurred from the manufacturer will be added to the invoice.

All efforts to expedite a special order will be taken. We will make every effort to be transparent and forthcoming on precise delivery dates. However, we cannot guarantee the item(s) will be in stock at the manufacturer's warehouse at the time the order is placed. Lead times will vary due to stock conditions, weather conditions, time of day the order is placed, inadequate pre-payment, or other credit issues. By placing an order you accept these terms and conditions. 


In-stock items will ship within 1-5 business days from Pittsburgh, PA via USPS or FedEx. You will be sent a tracking number as soon as one becomes available. 


Special order items are subject to the terms listed under "Special Order Items", you will be notified accordingly of exact shipping dates.

All shipping rates are based on the weight, size, and destination of the package.


SBCboutqiue is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
